兩年一度的世界原住民族廣電大會，2024年3月在紐西蘭盛大展開，會議聚焦全球原民媒體面臨的現況與挑戰進行交流討論，並以「掌握原民敘事主權」和「培育原民媒體人」貫穿會議主軸，為的就是希望鼓勵全球原住民族人持續且堅定地用自己的方式、說自己的故事。
展現威嚇氣勢，毛利族勇士揮舞戰矛，以傳統舞蹈Haka，迎接遠道而來的世界原住民族廣電聯盟代表團。
拿起樹葉，象徵來訪者沒有敵意，聯盟成員陸續進入會場。兩年一度的世界原住民族廣電大會。
2024年3月在紐西蘭盛大展開，毛利電視台Whakaata Māori特別舉辦傳統歡迎儀式Pōwhiri，透過族語致詞祈福。

2008年成立的世界原住民族廣電聯盟WITBN，現有5個正式會員，包含紐西蘭毛利電視台Whakaata Māori、台灣原住民族電視TITV、加拿大原住民族電視網APTN、澳洲國家原住民族電視台NITV以及挪威薩米電視台NRK Sápmi。

分享的過程我有提到，我們有很多意境很像，文化的意義，包括我們的語言，所以我就唸了一到十，還有我們的輪廓，我唸(族語)的時候，我看到族裡面的長老，他們的驚訝 他們那種很貼切，很感受到我們確實相似，確實是一家人的激動，所以在那樣的場合，我們也送了我們的見面禮，來祝福毛利台的(20)周年慶，所以今天早上是一個激動的重逢之旅。)
透過碰鼻禮Hongi共享呼吸，象徵訪客不再是外人，而是Tangata Whenua這片土地上的人民、毛利族人的一份子。緊接著進行實體工作坊，也針對WITBN現有的合作模式和未來規劃，集思廣益更具體的策略。

各個國家，在國內所遇到的政治變化，對原住民議題的保守主義的擴張，造成很多原住民的政策，包括原住民媒體，在他們的國家有萎縮，或者是更困難的經營，我們有注意到這個趨勢，我們也認為，國家的角度，應該把原住民的媒體權 文化權，看成是高於國家的相關政策，所以我們也在找方法互相支援，也互相鼓勵，也互相分享經驗。)
面對有限的預算，這場實體聚會，再次強化WITBN聯盟內部的連結，也為接下來的廣電大會揭開序幕。
為期兩天的會議，以主題演講、創新講座、論壇對話三大形式，聚焦全球原民媒體面臨的共同挑戰，進行多元廣泛的討論。
